Scott Gilmour


Scott trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and works as an actor and writer across the UK.

Theatre credits include Pressure (Royal Lyceum/Chichester Festival Theatre) A Christmas Carol (Royal Lyceum), Everyman (Splendid Productions/Underbelly), Adam and Eve:The Musical (Gilded Balloon) Cannibal Women From Mars (NTS/Tron) Little Johnny’s Big Gay Wedding (NTS/Random Accomplice), The Improvised Musical (Red Note Ensemble/The Arches/No Shoes Theatre) A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Bard in the Botanics), A Bottle of Wine and Patsy Cline (Oran Mor), FreakShow (The Roundhouse/The Arches), The Threepenny Opera, Tommy, Into the Woods and Watertight (RCS).

Scott also runs new music theatre company, Noisemaker, alongside composer Claire McKenzie. Their recent work includes Forest Boy (Assembly, Edinburgh Fringe 2013/Arcola Theatre, London Winner of S&S Award for Best New Musical), FreakShow (The Roundhouse/Assembly, Edinburgh Fringe 2013/The Arches) and The Girl Who (Assembly, Edinburgh Fringe 2014/Infinity Rep Theatre, New York).

He is currently working as lyricist on upcoming musical film Zombie Musical (Black Camel Productions).
