Ncuti Gatwa

Ncuti Gatwa, who is originally from Rwanda was raised in Edinburgh, Scotland and Dunfermline, Fife. Ncuti trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (formally known as the RSAMD). Whilst at the Conservatoire his theatre credits include Three Sisters, Mourning Becomes Electra, Twelfth Night, Tartuffe and Victory. Professionally Ncuti worked on the research and development week of Let the Right One In for the National theatre of Scotland he also performed at the Edinburgh fringe 2011 with The Blues Brothers Live as James Brown, Stevie Wonder and Cab Calloway and Sammy Davis Jr in The Rat Pack Live.

Hecuba shall be his second performance as part of the Dundee Ensemble following Victoria.
