Grant Anderson - Lighting Designer


Grant graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland having studied lighting design and left receiving the Dean of Drama Award for Best Individual Work. Currently, Grant is working in theatres all over the country on a diverse range of projects and productions.

Grant has also, designed extensively for the Scottish Events Industry, including Botanic Lights 2015 Seasons In Colour and 2016 EXPLORE, Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh; Edinburgh’s Hogmanay Torchlight Procession & Street Party, including the 2017 Midnight Moment.

As well as designing in the UK Grant’s work has transferred internationally to New York, Beijing, Madrid, Valencia and Rio.

Previously for Dundee Rep Grant has designed: Love Song, In My Father’s Words, Hecuba, Promises Promises, Little Red and the Wolf (in association with Noise Maker) and Baby Baby.
