EJ is a choreographer, movement director and mass movement director/choreographer. She has created movement for plays, musicals, film, television, music videos, editorials, ceremonies, large-scale corporate events and commercials.

EJ also works in education, having previously been head of dance of the Musical Theatre programme at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland where she created the cross-Conservatoire module in Devised Movement, and wrote the MA in Musical Theatre Choreography.
EJ has recently been appointed as an Artistic Associate of Dundee Rep Theatre.
